My 4 months old lab mix puppy has all of his shots and has been on flea/heartworm medicine for 2 months now. He has always had mole-like bumps on his bare tummy, but recently I have noticed smaller more reddish bumps on his penis. He is neutered and still has his sharp baby teeth, so it could be from just biting himself. However I am still nervous.
